The following is a quotation from the judgment of the trial court: "The plaintiff contends that she is the mother of a child born of the marriage of the parties and that as a result thereof the community property of the parties was converted into separate property of the husband and wife during the term of their marriage and the court should decree that she be given the rights to property which was her separate property before its conversion into community property and that she be awarded a divorce and her husband should be required to pay her separate debts, rents, and so forth. It is true that if the community property was converted into the separate property of the wife during the term of the marriage, the wife would be entitled to a separation of property and division of the property by the court in *201 accordance with Code Sections 30-101, 30-202, and 30-203.
"In the instant case the wife contends that she is the mother of a child born of the marriage of the parties, born about three months after the parties separated, that she would be entitled to a homestead in DeKalb County, Georgia, in which to live, and that she is the owner of an undivided one-third interest in the property in DeKalb County. She further contends that she has spent large sums of money in improving the property and in educating the child in the DeKalb County schools.
